Costco Tire Service Center

I brought my truck in for new tires and was shocked to find my rim scratched when I came to pick it up. I immediately reported it to the supervisor, who handled the situation very unprofessionally. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he outright denied that their machine could have caused the damage even after I explained that my rims were in perfect condition before the service. I showed him time-stamped photos and the service invoice, which had no pre-existing damage noted. Only then, and with visible frustration, did he grudgingly hand me a form to fill out-without so much as an apology. The lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. They were able to check me in 15 minutes early before my scheduled appointment to fix a nail in my tire and reset my TPMS sensor. Only one hour later I got the call that everything was completed! My tires were still under warranty so there was no additional charge - they were very friendly and professional despite it being a busy and rainy day. The crew made a stressful situation so much easier and I'm very grateful for them. Heads up, the Tire Center's designated parking section can be tricky to find, and the parking lot is very slow moving, so leave extra early for your appointment.

Nobody answer the phone. Have to go to store to find out if tires ordered came in. Why can't they answer phone calls???? For battery warranty, I have a 24F battery labeled 700CCA, they used a tester that rates it at 600CCA and can't adjust to test at 700CCA. Test results shows battery at 500CCA and passed the test. Of course it passed as they can't set the tester at 700CCA to match the label on the damn battery. Complained to Manager and all he said was sorry that's the way the tester is provided to them. Nothing he can do. This is out right false advertising. Horrible service!!!

The tire center crew work hard and deserve a good rating. But I was disappointed in my current visit due to lack of flexibility in policy. I came in with a nail in a tire the day before. It was not repairable (still under warranty). Since they didn't carry the tire anymore, I had to order one and come back the next day as a walk-in since they were all booked. I had to stand in line for 30+ mins this morning just to drop off the key and come back later today at an unknown time. I understand the appointment system and use it for rotations. But wouldn't it be nice to give some priority to customers who have an emergency like a nailed/flat tire? As of now, it is poor experience on top of bad luck.

I was told to come back in a week just to pay for the tires and no need to get in line. I came back on time and was blamed by the same guy not getting in line. I showed him his note and he denied everything. I was so pissed so I decided to come next day. Then I came again and wait for 30 mins then I was moved to another huge walk in line....what's the point to setting up an appointment with his note on it? Come here is you have tons of time to waste!
