New Century Motorcycles

Honestly one of the worst experiences. My motorcycle was having issues that were far beyond my knowledge. I took it in sometime around April of 2024. I assumed it would be a lengthy process just based on the symptoms of the bike. Fast forward some, I've called a few times to follow up and usually got met with everyone is busy, out to lunch, whatever the case is and I would receive a call back when available. Cool, it happens, I get it. I'll wait. And wait I did. The calls back never came. Fast foward some more, and here we are November 2025. I finally received a call back stating that my motorcycle is ready for pick up and that someone has been trying to reach me for all this time. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I randomly hit a text link on CycleTrader Christmas Eve regarding a BMW R 18 motorcycle. Gigi, from the dealership responded and we corresponded even on Christmas Day. I had inquired about a number of BMW R 18’s here in my hometown of Houston, Texas, but no one matched Gigi,’s response, professionalism, thoroughness, kindness, and even Price. I chose to purchase my motorcycle from New Century, purely because of Gigi, and even pay shipping to ship the motorcycle from California to Houston. I was originally leaning toward a 2025 Honda Goldwing but the YouTube algorithm sent a video short of this 2024 K1600b Iconic Silver Option 719 at New Century Moto in Alhambra. It was a demo (268 miles) that was discounted $7,000 off MSRP. After taking a test drive I put down a deposit and purchased the bike 7 days later. KC was very knowledgeable and helpful with the bike purchase. Karen assisted with new riding gear. This bike is unbelievable! I’m the guy smiling ear-to-ear on Huntington Drive.

I was shopping for a BMW R1250 RS and could not find one that I liked locally (Seattle area). I came across an ad on Cycletrader for a great looking, low miles 2020 R1250 RS at New Century and started working with Karen to purchase it. The experience was fantastic! Karen communicated with me extremely well and frequently as we sorted out the process for buying out of state. They gave me a great price, and Karen had an SW Motech tank bag ring and new BMW luggage mounted for me so I could come pickup my new bike and ride it all the way home to Washington. Karen was so great to work with - down to earth, friendly, accommodating. Thanks Karen! Casey helped me get the GPS updated and setup when I arrived to pickup the bike, too, and he was great as well.
