Costco Tire Service Center

Had it done while we shopped. No hassle. I did order tires from them online and had to follow up to co firm they were ready to mount beforehand though. I'll use them again for tires.

Not the most efficient place. Had an appointment for 3:15 to replace 3 tires that I had special ordered. They did not hand over the keys until around 4:55pm. Even though the work slip stated it was done at 4:36pm. Although the rest of Costco is always on point, doesn’t seem like the tire shop is keeping pace.

I want to share a very disappointing experience I had at the Costco Tire Center. The customer service I received was extremely poor. The staff member who assisted me was rude, unprofessional, and showed no willingness to help. Instead of providing clear information or support, his attitude made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. I’ve always trusted Costco for good service, but this interaction was completely unacceptable. I hope management will address this issue so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

They don't really care about fixing your tire. They just wan you to buy new ones. I came here to get a patch, but it turned into me leaving without a tire and driving home on a spare. They also tried to look at other tires to "tell me what was wrong with them". Then after all that they didn't even have my tires. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Everything I decide to take my car here for your rotations, something always happens. This time, not only did they refuse to rotate my tires due to uneven wear (which is not true but that's a different story...), but they happened to unmount one of my tires to check my TPMS sensor. When remounting, they didn't bother rebalancing, so vibration was intensified and horrific. They described my wheel to be bent, which I found suspicious knowing how meticulous I drive and maintain my car. I took to another Costco and had no issues with service. My tire has even wear, and my wheel was not bent. Do not take your car here.
