Costco Tire Service Center

Unfortunately the tire team from Avon location refused to replace this tire that still under road hazard warranty claiming that it still “safe” to drive like that…. Take a look yourself to the attached pictures … do you feel that horizontal cut seems safe ?

Update 4/36: Thomas was very professional at sorting out the issues. Yep, it turned out to be 2, and not 1. He has the positive, constructive, patient approach that is needed in these situations. The issues, while minor, were addressed timely and accurately. Happy camper here. I knew this company only hires the best, and Thomas is one of those good guys. I was also assured that the young associate who caused the issue will be sent to a week of training. It is right to invest in people. Super happy with all, would recommend. :) --- Review to come after seeing how an issue that came up last night on a simple task gets resolved. Hoping that the manager does the right thing.

I am so glad I purchased my tires from Costco because where I usually take my car for an oil change, they Wanted to charge me a lot more then what I paid for at Costco. Everyone on the team were great, super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

We got a flat tire up the road from Costco and were able to get our car up to them they were able to get us a new tire and had it on in less than a half hour and the tire was very affordable. The guys were super helpful. I would absolutely use them again for tire replacement.

I would have to say I have had the best tire experience of my life here. Wadley was beyond courteous, extremely diligent and more than helpful with my search for the right tires with my vehicle. Cosco always has given its members the best quality in product but now I must say they also provide the best employees as well. After having so many negative experiences with buying tires elsewhere I really appreciate Wadley and the rest of Cosco for turning that around for me.
