R & D Truck Repair

Roughly 11 years ago, I pulled into this establishment for some necessary work, the nature of which escapes me now. It got taken care of, but what resonates with me is how decent the owner was to me. I hadn't eaten at the time I rolled into his yard, and first thing he did was have one of his guys take me to a place where I could get some food, and in fact he bought my lunch for me. He also gave me a company t shirt, which I'm pretty sure I still have. It was a period in time where I needed a little kindness, and I know it's been awhile, but I never forgot.

Rick is the best in the business never had an issue with anything he's ever worked on for me or the equipment he works on where I work. Top notch always professional & explains everything that needs to be done in good detail. His crew is lucky to have a pro like him that they can lean on if they have a issue with something they're working on.

Had extensive work done on two of our trucks over the past two weeks. We were extremely impressed with the time it took and also the rates they charge especially for being a diesel repair shop. R&D definitely earned our respect. We will now have our fleet of 16 exclusively serviced here.

I came in the shop with a Entertaiment Bus Wondering if they could fix it!! and by surprise I meet the owner name Rick and his cool staff, who was so claim about everything he told not to worries I have you back up and running well he found the hole in my air bag but he also found another issue and told me he could fix both problems while they work on my bus one of employees Gave me some real up lifting because I had just lost my Father -N-Law one day before coming to the shop Anyway the bill was not to high but fair enough I let his shop with a happy Heart and a good felling my bus was FIX!!!!
