Costco Tire Service Center

These guys were so helpful. Our trailer tire exploded 70 miles east of Bismarck so I called and told them we were about a hour away. When we got there they helped us get the new tire on the wheel quickly and efficiently. The whole team seemed helpful and friendly. I really appreciated them for getting us back on the road ASAP!

Took 4 trailer tires in for replacement, I thought it was a very good price, the guys in the shop (Mat and Mike) were excellent to work with. Mat even called and told me one of the tires wouldn’t balance out right so I asked if I could bring in my spare and use that rim. No problem. I was always a little worried about using Costco for tires, but not any more. Great job. I would recommend using them.

Great value on good tires. However, used them twice and have been sent to dealership twice. First, they broke my TPMS, and I needed a computer reset at the dealership. This cost $100, however, they paid for it, it was a hassle. I gave them a second chance and they stripped out my specialized lug nut wrench that I waited a week for from the dealership, sending me.to the dealership a third time to order another. Again, they paid for this, but I'd rather spend an extra $200 to have a tire specific business do things right and not cause me the hassle.

I came into Costo Tire Center with an 11:00 AM appointment for a flat tire repair. I'm still sitting here two hours later waiting for the repair to be completed. Not one single person has said a word why the huge delay. Unless you have all day to waste I would not recommend this place to anyone. You would think paying a membership fee would get you at least the same or better service than in a tire shop with no appointment.
