Costco Tire Service Center

I had a Ten o'clock appointment. I got four new tires In less then an hour. I had my wife follow me over just in case it was done after shopping. Costco surpassed my expectations. The check in and out process was very smooth. I will definitely use Costco again.

Costco used to be my go-to for tires, but this center has no customer service. They seem to have lost my tire order. No one picks up the phone. Online customer service only stated that the center would call me when the tires came in, and I ordered them 3 weeks ago. Not sure why this particular location is just above and beyond terrible, according to the many one-star reviews.

2 stars just for the manager Destiny who seemed to actually care. Word to the wise don’t use their website to figure out what tire size you need, mine was slightly off so have to order new ones and schedule yet another appointment. This took an hour and a half for them to tell me after my appointment time. .25 miles away from Costco the tire light comes on, I open my trunk and they chucked my original tire on top (it was put away underneath) Apathetic and understaffed, and rude. Never again.

Fast and easy. Way better than 2.3 stars. We were done in an hour with an appt. I was scared cause it was Saturday afternoon but they were fast!!

We had a very disappointing experience with Costco Tires Service at Cherry Hill and I do not recommend it. We purchased tires and were given an appointment, but they never honored it. When we showed up, they told us the tires had not arrived and that they would call us when they did. No one ever called. A week later, we decided to go back and found out the tires were already there. If we hadn’t gone, we would have never known. We requested a full refund and the supervisor didn’t even ask why. In any place that values customer service, they would at least be curious to understand what went wrong. Here, no one seemed to care. In fact, we overheard a comment that summed it up perfectly: “It still counts as a sale.” That seems to be all that matters to them. This does not feel like the Costco
