Costco Tire Service Center

DO NOT GO HERE! On 7/28/2024, I had a flat and the only place open at that day/time was Costco Tire Center. Originally went in to just get the flat replaced but then was told it’d be safer to have 2 new rear tires instead of the 1 tire. Totally understandable. However a couple weeks ago, my tire almost CAME COMPLETELY OFF while driving. Since getting it changed, I checked it MORE THAN 10 times to make sure my lugnuts weren’t loose and that my tires were both safe. My rim for my truck is completely ruined now and Costco says it’s not their fault. However, I had Walmart replace my 2 front tires LAST SUMMER, and those are still as tight as they were when I got the job done. DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AT RISK OF GETTING IN AN ACCIDENT. Pics provided below. Thanks

My experience with the Costco tire center has always been positive. Cheaper than alternatives, but a bit slower. I recommend taking something to work on while you eat in the food court.

This place is terrible! Shockingly bad! They said they would put the spare back where it belongs and they didn’t. They said they would email when tires I ordered came in and they didn’t. Then when they put the new ones on that I paid a premium for they didn’t balance them so have a violent shaking when I drive down the road. It’s almost laughable except now I have to go pay another tire shop to do what I paid them for!

Started my car and had very low tire pressure. I couldn’t see anything on the tire, but called Costco tire, they told me to bring it in to check. Guy came out and found a nail in my tire, they got me right in and fixed it and it’s good to go! I’m so thankful they were so flexible and kind, got my tire fixed fast and right. Thank you!

I had needed new tires, went to the tire center and ordered new tires. They took at week to come in. I scheduled the install. I made the appointment and in the middle of the install they called me and told me that they couldn’t install the tires because they couldn’t lift the vehicle. It’s a little rusty but all the other shops have put it on the lift just fine. It is Minnesota, so there is going to be salt rust. I have done work on it myself and was able to jack it up perfectly fine. I told them since they can’t install them and since I would have to take it to another shop to get it installed I would be charged for it. I asked for a partial refund to compensate for the additional charge I would be forced to pay going somewhere else for their lack of ability to install my tires. The said
