Costco Tire Service Center

I scheduled online which was easier then calling. Scheduled to check if tire had a leak and change my TPMS, got to Costco checked in, they gave me est time and amount. Which was accurate, I timed it. I was called with updates, and they answered all my questions. Staff on the phone was rushed, but wasn’t too bad, the staff at the counter was friendly.

The previous reviews here had me nervous, but I got outstanding service today. For context: I ordered my tires online and booked my appointment online. I arrived a few minutes early (on a Saturday!) and they got my car in and were done within 45 minutes. Lug nuts all present and still in good condition (as far as I can tell - none loose), and no damage to the wheels.

I ordered tires from costco.com with an expected delivery date of ~2 weeks. The next day someone at this location called and told me they have my tires in stock and could schedule an installation that same week. It does seem like the technicians do float around from working on vehicles to manning the counter. Because when I went to drop off my keys there wasn't anyone at the counter, but I didn't have to wait even a minute before someone came to check my suv in. I checked in my suv about 15mins before my 5:30pm appointment, they left a message on my voicemail at 6:07pm saying that it was ready to be picked up.. 😮 👍

I had ordered tires and had an appointment for later this month. Well, I got a flat tire before the appointment and came in around 2pm on a Sunday. The tires had already arrived (way before they said it would luckily) and they were able to squeeze me in. They told me the wait was 3 hours but it was just over 2, which isn't bad considering I walked in. I'm really thankful for their help!

They had my car since 5pm, at 618 they call me to tell me that they were not going to be able to remove one tire because of a boltnut and only be able to change 3 tires, ibwent to the back and took it off my self after at 810pm i came to wait here at the shop and saw they were verly putting 3 tires on my rims, i bought 4 tires from them took 3 hrs more then any other shop i have ever been to and the one of the guys had a bad attitude. Take youre business somewhere else.
