Costco Tire Service Center

First time buying tires at Costco. After comparing the price with Walmart and discount tire, for the same size and brand tires, Costco had the better deal. I bought it and scheduled a time for installation. I went back few days later and they installed the new tires under an hour. Very quick service. A suggestion would be to install a bell in the front so when you go into the store it notifies the store staff. Every time I went in the store I had to yell hello to get someone to come to the counter. Or many please a Ring at the counter. Other than that no issues, happy with service.

During a tire installation at Costco Tire, an employee lost my car key. At the time, the staff was very apologetic and assured us they would make the situation right. Unfortunately, what followed was the exact opposite. The process of replacing the key and obtaining reimbursement took nearly two months and was unnecessarily difficult. I had to make multiple in-person visits and phone calls, each time dealing with different Costco Tire employees. Many were dismissive of prior conversations and promises, and there was no continuity or accountability. “Very bad experience at Tire Center with Frank” I was waiting in line to return a car battery, and there were two people behind me. When it was my turn, FRANK—the staff on duty—ignored me and checked in the two people behind me because they had an appointment. Returning a battery at Costco does not require an appointment, and when I politely explained that it was my turn, he kept insisting on helping the others first. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. He repeatedly ignored what I said, insisting this is our policy and disregarded my right to be served in order. It was easy to purchase my tires online and make an appointment to get them installed quite quickly. The staff was very friendly, and the online purchase allowed me to get tires that they didn't have in stock delivered directly to the store. They practice covid safety measures, and kept my car clean on the inside. All in all, I was very happy with the service. They also have a tire inflation center in the parking lot, that does nitrogen inflation. Edit: losing a star. I made an appointment for tire rotation. I arrived almost 20 minutes early, but waited in line for almost 30 minutes. Almost 45 minutes past my appointment time and my car still hasn't been touched.

Stopped by to get some new Tires for my 2020 Subaru WRX STI. Hector and the other guys there were very helpful and professional in explaining the process along with warranty. My appointment was at 10am I got a text my car was done about an hour later. Super simple, great service, great experience, very efficient!
