Costco Tire Service Center

Bad service for four new tire replacement. I got new tires from Costco today I told them I will be waiting inside the Costco until it’s done and they can call my number. When my car was done, the person called me and when I asked whether I I need to see somebody inside Costco or outside Costco tire center. She clearly responded to see one of them outside tire center glass door and knock there. When I went out there with my sopping cart and I had to wait 5min in cold wind for someone to come and open the door to hear that no you have to go in. No you have been notified wrong. I went back in and took my cart keys and paper work. Reported what happened. I left costco just to find out that my tire air pressure is low. When checked it was less than 30in all four tires, and required air pressure

Not the best service getting tires here. I ordered my tires on the app, & it took a week for the tires to be shipped, & another 3 days to arrive at the store. I scheduled my appt for the install & my time slot was 6:15. I arrived at 6:15 and waited inside at the tire counter for 5 mins to be helped. When someone came to the front, I wasn’t even greeted- just a “what do you need?” I was told that they were short staffed & all appts were way behind schedule. Totally understand that, but I wonder why customers weren’t called ahead of time & told the circumstances & they could have had a chance to reschedule the appt? It’s now 9:30 and I’m still sitting inside Costco. The store is closed and I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be here as no one has given me any updates?? If someone would have ca

Why didn’t I look at the reviews? Bought new tires thinking, “Hey, @Costco claims their great at delivering customer value” then after waiting three hours for the appointment that I hade to make three weeks out for, I’m told that they only installed my new tires, no balance or alignment. Are you kidding me? Who installs new tires without those services?! So I go on to pay another $200 to have those services only to realize had I bought the tires there, I’d pay far less. @samsclub did it all. No clue why I changed clubs. Terrible parking, poor checkout, three hundred card checks…I’m dumping my membership and going back to Sam’s. @samsclub, I’m sorry I ever questioned you. Costco has been nothing short of terrible.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. The tire center is beyond pathetic. Poor customer service, unprofessional, and can’t even do the job right. I had my tires done there and they didn’t tighten the lug nuts and my wheel started rumbling and could’ve caused a serious accident. Their excuse was that I didn’t come back after 15 miles (or whatever bogus excuse) of driving to get it checked out to make sure that it’s all good…ITS YOUR JOB TO MAKE SURE ITS DONE RIGHT. They don’t care about their customers and they don’t care about safety. I’d MUCH rather give my business to Mettawa and drive miles further to avoid the HORRIBLE mess that is the tire center at Costco LZ. The staff needs to be replaced with competent and professional people.

Had 315 appointment that I showed up for at 230. I came in with the understanding that they may not start on my car until 315, so I expected some wait. Finally got out of there at 750pm. The last appointment I had I waited 3 hours. Time before that was 4 hours. Don’t expect any sort of timely service if you get your tires from Costco.
