Costco Tire Service Center

Booked the appointment early to when I thought winter would start. Appointments can be hard to get but this Costco Tire service center was way better than the Sheridan tire service center! So much so we booked a last minute tire rotation for my husbands car the next day. Everyone was nice, will continue going to this one.

Impossible to get an appointment when you want unless you book months in advance. Will never purchase tires from Costco again for the simple fact on how hard it is to get service. Took my car in for a simple rotation and balance which was done in 45 min no one called me to let me know my car was ready tried calling 2x no one answered so I went back 3 hours later to the front and thankfully it was ready, but come on customer service should be better how am I supposed to know when my car is ready?

Don't even bother with making an appointment. 1 o'clock appointment made sure to be here at 12:45. Wait in line till 1:15 to get car checked in. Tried to imply that sice I had an appointment, I should have some kind of priority. Went in to Costco to pass the time. Well clearly 2 laps and all the free samples didn't take long enough. Here I wait now 3:15pm. This was just a tier rotation, of tiers that wear purchased here. Yeah they do tell everyone it will be 1 to 1half hour. 2and half later..... with and appointment! Ugh Sad. Not worth the savings, back to Discount from now on, and they will price match and have the staffing to get the job done.

I ordered my tires online and as soon as they were delivered to the warehouse, the tire center called me to schedule my appointment. I didn’t even have to call them. It was great! Had my new tires put on yesterday! Customer service is amazing and they were pretty quick! I’ve been to places where you have to dispose of your own tires as well, but Costco takes care of that for you! I will be getting my tires here from now on!

This place could be way better. What I didn’t like: 1. They checked the car in with no notes. When I was picking it up they said it came in with scratches. I asked to show me the scratches - we walked out and the employee said it is just the car is covered in road salt and stuff so some stains might be mistaken for scratches. I didn’t like it because it feels like they self sign a permit to scratch the car. 2. I came in with precisely pumped tires up to specified in the manual values. They were supposed to rotate the tires. Not sure why they had to mess the pressure. 3. I walked in 1 minute before my appointment, yet had to wait 10 minutes to get the car accepted, which shifted the car return and affected my schedule. Otherwise nice and friendly people. No other complaints on the service.
