Costco Tire Service Center

Purchased 4 tires about 1+ years ago and just recently hit a huge pothole and blew the tire with a hole in it. AAA put on a donut and said not to go over 45-50 miles an hour. Concerned as I ride the parkway all the time, I called Costco and spoke to Mike who was able to get me in right away and suggest a new tire of equal value as my tire was out of stock. I was also able to use the road hazard coverage!!! I was in and out in about an hour from start to finish with minimal out of pocket cost. So happy to be on my way again. Thank you Mike and the entire staff for being so caring and taking care of my issue right away. I greatly appreciate you all.

Come for new tires and leave with a bent steel rim. Employees don't say anything about it so waste my time going for an alignment and going to a mechanic for to see if I need new wheel bearings when the mechanic shows me the steel rim has a 15 degree bend. Said if I wasn't in a major accident the only way it'd happen is if the tire tech had no idea what they were doing and used the hydraulic press incorrectly. After I bought a new rim I went back and they agreed to put the tire on new rim and mount and balance it for free. The car is somewhat better now but it looks like I still have to get a new wheel bearing (maybe due to driving on a bent rim for 1k miles) and another alignment. All this is costing me twice what it should have.

Just had tires rotated and balanced. I dealt with Brandon who was extremely cool. Very nice, was happy to answer all questions I had. Would recommend everyone to buy tires from costco, great service

Low tire pressure signal came on as I was driving down to the beach. Luckily saw the Costco at the next exit. The gentleman at the Tire Service Center checked all of my tires and made sure the air was at the correct level and checked for any nails. I received excellent service even though I didn’t actually have car serviced. He went above and beyond and was very friendly. I felt relieved knowing everything was checked out as I was driving down with baby in car.
