Costco Tire Service Center

Huge shout-out to Brandon at the White Marsh Costco Tire Center! Even though they couldn’t fix my tire due to a cracked rim, Brandon was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my options. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced—Costco is lucky to have him!

I've been standing in line to drop my car off for an appointment for the last 20 minutes. There is a single guy behind the counter who decided to take a call on speaker phone from a random person who wanted to ask 100 questions about what kind of tires she should put on her car, which tired the guy recommends, etc. The four of us are just standing here flabbergasted that he is ignoring us while he takes this random call. My goodness this place needs better management.

I arrived around 330pm for a flat tire and to have my tire checked. I didn't get my car back until a little after 7pm. They broke my tire sensor. Prior to them having my car, my brake system light was NOT on. Now, it's on. And after googling it, it says my car is not safe to drive. And "yes", I understand I was a walk in.

I had all four of my WeatherPeaks installed with them back in 2023. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. Recently, one of my WeatherPeaks failed, so I went back to Steve and Danny at White Marsha. They took care of it and were incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!
