Costco Tire Service Center

Got (4) Michelin CrossClimate2s for a great deal (<$900) and service was wonderful. Both Angel and Kyle were a delight to work with and their service was immaculate. They were both informative and patient despite being slammed with customers throughout the short time I was there. Ordered tires on 12/26/25, booked same day for the earliest appointment date 01/15/26, and the tires arrived at the warehouse 01/05/26. I arrived 01/15/26 @ 12:45 PM for a 01:00 PM appointment to check in, they did not take my car until ~ 01:30 PM and were done at 02:00 PM while I was shopping! Came by for a torque check on 01/17/26, parked in front of the bay before checking in (mistake), and they politely informed me I should park in a normal spot and check in before pulling up to the bay. Apologies for that,

Same experience as many others. This has gone downhill fast. Maybe they are overworked but then just say hey we know we promised you this but we really can't do it. They said they could not perform a simple tire rotation the day I had made an appointment for, and which I drove 15 miles for. But could make another appointment in a couple of weeks, and at 7pm. Gave me some dumb excuse about weather, which makes zero sense but what's the point of arguing. You get what you pay for. Maybe there is a store manager that reads these. Maybe they do read them and don't care. Keep in mind when you buy your tires here, you'll need to get them serviced somewhere else.

Bought tires online and the next available appointment was 4 weeks away. I arrived for my appointment at 2:30 and they gave me an hour to an hour and a half estimate. It ended up taking 2 hours and they forgot to call me so I waited even longer. Would not recommend getting tires installed here. Good price for tires though

We have used this service center multiple times in the past, but the customer service has recently plummeted. The staff is consistently rude; on our last visit, they blamed us for being late despite the fact that we had been waiting in their line for 15 minutes. It feels like they are looking for any excuse to avoid doing the work. After purchasing tires online, we arrived for installation only to be told they couldn't perform the service because the car frame was 'too rusty.' It was a complete waste of time and a very unpleasant experience. Costco’s service standards have clearly declined, and there are far better options nearby.

The Costco Tire Shop in Nashua has been a complete disappointment and I would caution anyone considering their services. Despite being a loyal Costco Business Plan member for over 10 years and spending at least $10,000 annually at this location, the level of service and carelessness shown here is unacceptable. The supervisor Edwin was outright rude and refused to install new tires costing $1500 just because the cardholder was 15 minutes late — an unprofessional attitude that shows a complete lack of customer respect. Moreover, the staff at this location behave as if they are installing free tires and often display a poor attitude and lack of hygiene.
