Costco Tire Service Center

I bought my tires from Costco Tire Center several years ago in Nesconset and I continue to take my car there for tire rotations, tire safety checks… and every time I have had excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. It’s so easy to get an appointment too! Highly recommend this service center and team! Thank you!!!

Poor customer service. Rude on the phone. Didn’t bother taking my car here for new tires. I prefer the Holbrook one - MUCH better customer service !!! By a landslide.

You literally cannot beat the prices for the tires or the warranty that they have here. They include free lifetime tire rotation and nitrogen air fill ups as well. The selection is amazing, the tires and the batteries are high quality and very well-known brands, the appointment set up process and scheduling is easy and can be done on the website, over the phone, or in person. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and helpful in selecting what tires and batteries you need for your car. You can walk in or you can make an appointment and overall everything is pretty easy. Definitely highly recommended. Truly, you cannot beat the prices of the tires here.

We recently came here to get a new battery for my car. They have good prices and you cannot beat the warranty on the batteries. The representatives were helpful and seemed knowledgeable in what they were doing. The place is not usually crazy busy so if you are in a hurry dont expect a big wait time. You should be able to go in and out fairly quick with what you need. It is convenient.

Third set of tires installed here in the past 3 years. Scheduling online is easy. Even when I've been late for an appointment it hasn't taken longer than an hour, no issues. I've even offered up tips and all the times was flat out told they couldn't wouldn't accept them. Will always go back.
