Can’t thank Rob the owner and Cole the service manager as well as all the others there for delivering my vehicle back better than new. They worked super hard to source the bumper cover that Generation KIA nor KIA corporate couldn’t. Thanks also to Phil for working with Smithtown KIa to find the part for us. Will absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Rob the owner is a great advocate for anyone dealing with their insurance company. He will fight for you and make sure that the job is done correctly and with the correct parts. People forget that the insurance adjusters job is to pay the least amount of money so the insurance company pays the least amount of money. That leaves the client would subpar parts and not brought to whole like the definition of insurance. I brought my wife's BMW there and his work was above and beyond my expectations. He stands by his work and his knowledgeable professional in his industry.

Was so delighted with Third Generation Auto Body. Somehow my car got 5 good size dents above the passenger doors. Since this shop was close to my job I figured I would take it there. The man who owns the shop was very nice. Gave me a good price and said it would be ready in two days. The next day the car was done and he came in under the price of which he gave me. The car looks great!! Thumbs up.
