Costco Tire Service Center

I want to give a great shout out to Celina H for not fulfilling my requests. Got a tire rotation. Asked many times beforehand to inflate tires to 45PSI and for a tire thread measurement on each tire since I had a new tire replacement recently due to a flat and want to track which is which. She said don’t worry, we fill up to 46 due to cold weather. Did not fulfill either request. Came back and on pickup asked for thread numbers again. Celina replied with sass and sent me off. No idea on thread levels. Drive the car. Car says 42PSI. Not the first time, many times before they only go to 35, 39, and it raises a car alert. Annoying, waste of time to get it rectified, don’t listen to customers, not friendly. Come on now. Have to go to another Costco for tires, at least they can listen to inst

I made an appointment online to bring my car in for tires rotation and re-balancing but had to wait for 2 hours to have the service completed. They were running behind but did not notify me until I arrived. The check-in staff was friendly and apologetic. There was no issue with the tire rotation. I hope this negative review will let Costco Service Management know that 2 hours service with appointment for tire rotation is a bit excessive. They should have a system in place to notify their customers via text or email when they are running behind.

New hours at the tire center 😱. Open less Always great prices and very helpful attendence. The quality of the product I have ordered are great. The warrant is amazing. Customer service has been pretty good so far. I have only come here for basic help

Made an appointment for 11:30 and they took my keys and told me it would be an hour and a half. I couldn't do anything including shopping because I had no where to put the stuff I purchased so I waited at the nearby coffee shop killing time on my phone. At 13:30, I get a call saying they wanted to replace tire pressure sensors and it would be ready in another 20 to 45 minutes even without replacing the sensors. might as well just wait 4-5 hours as a walk-in if appointments take 3 hours.

Came with a popped tire needed urgent service and they told me I had to wait 5 hours ????? That is so ridiculous. All other cars they were working on didn’t have a huge problem like I did. They refused to assist me. I’m so disturbed and fustrated. What should I pay for this membership then ?? Why couldn’t they have some kind of good in them. I’m honestly super disappointed and embarrassed bc I had to leave from there with a popped tire. Thank you very much jerks
