Costco Tire Service Center

Very happy with my experience. I wanted to get higher quality tires that handle the ice and snow better. Did my independent research and selected Michellin Cross Climate 2. Went online and selected these tires. Since I have a bigger vehicle they had to ship the tire from the manufacturer. The wait time was suppose to be 3 to 5 days, however they arrived to my Costco location the next day which was great. Booked my appointment on a Saturday expecting it to take hours since it was the busiest day of the week. It only took 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job, explained everything to me. Installation, wheel balancing and tire rotations for the life of the tires are included in the price of the tires. One thing I found interesting was that they only carry the top 5 brands. The staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate a tire repair for mw with an appointment the next day (which was greatly appreciated 👏). This location is managed very well in comparison to the other nearby costco tire locations.

Need better management. I got at the place just to buy a battery and later on to drop off the old one. Had to wait in line with people buying tires which take a long time. Make no sense

I went in for a simple tire repair a few weeks ago and I have had nothing but problems with my tires. I have had to pump them multiple times a week and the workers don’t seem to be to have any care or knowledge as to why this is.. I will not be going to Costco for a simple tire repair again.

I had the tires replaced on my car at the Costco Tire Center. The car was ready approximately within an hour. The price was good and the overall service & experience were great! I will definitely use them again in the future!
