Costco Tire Service Center

This rating is a mix of various issues. My first gripe is with the layout. There's no way to enter the tire shop without entering the store. You have to park your car by the shop and walk a decent way outside around the side of the building. Show your card to enter in front, then walk into the store and double back like you're leaving just to begin the face to face interaction. This is ridiculous. Then you get your key and walk back out the front just to go back around the side again. Also might or might not be staff's fault, but I made an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early for it. They took my key to do a single tire replacement. I walked the store for an hour and returned to the desk just to hear they were just bringing in the car. They were running behind. Best prices I could find on replacement BFG'S for my Jeep. Great installation by friendly people. Looks like they have good follow-up service plan with rotations, balance, and road hazard too.

Outstanding service! Joseph was amazing and went above and beyond for me in a time of stress, after my tire blew while traveling across country. I hope he gets a raise. He deserves one.

Free repair and rotation depends on how much your time is worth. Went in to have tire repaired and rotated, with an appointment, it took them 2 hours to tell me my tire needs to be replaced, and to not rotate my tires. Had to order tire, at 40% cost though old tire was just 7 month old, (gravel had put several holes in one tire. First time this has happened in all of my years driving truck on same gravel roads ) so rescheduled when new tire came in. Selected 7pm appointment hoping they’d work quickly to finish before close. They asked me to come in early because they were all caught up for the day. Came in to a line of 5 people.
