Costco Tire Service Center

Time to move my Costco Tire business to the Longmont location. A month ago, they damaged my truck getting it into the bay. It's been 4 weeks of attempting the expense reimbursement; and the Gallagher-Bassett claims adjuster plays "hide and seek." I've yet to receive a claim number that shows as valid. Wow, this tire center location is going downhill fast!!!

This service center is fantastic! They were really, really busy but I felt listened to and they were happy to look at my flat tire, confirm the repair warranty plus get me scheduled to have it repaired. They were slammed but I still felt they were thorough and personable. They were efficient in a good way. I really hope upper management appreciates the great people they have and provides them with the support they need. Where I live I can easily choose between three different Costco shops which are all good but so far the service here has impressed me the most.

Purchased tires here and cannot get a tire rotation scheduled. Online it always says no availability next 21 days, and doesn't let you book past 21 days. My other car has tires through discount tires and there is never a problem and they are super fast. Super disappointed with Costco.

Do NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! They are so untrustworthy and incompetent. Brought my car in to get tires put on. When I checked in they asked if my wheels had wheel locks and I said yes. I then get a call an hour after I gave them the keys because they can't find the wheel lock key. Telling me they searched everywhere in my glove box and center console....they hadn't even checked where the jack is stored, which is where it's put from the factory. Them claimed they don't get a lot of 4runners...in Colorado. BULLSHIT! I just hope they didn't steal anything.

This used to be my go to tire center. Not so sure after today. It took close to two hours to get my tires rotated. Not sure why as it really wasn’t that busy. Maybe not enough people working? One thing that’s different is that there used to be a woman (maybe Kat?) that seemed to run the show at the front desk and she is gone.
