Tesla Service Colorado-Superior

From my only experience at the Superior location I wouldn't recommend going there. Talked to a woman on the phone about my car issue. She said there wasn't any appointments available but I could still come in and it would just take longer. She however, did not tell me "longer" meant three days of holding my car. I left and will get service elsewhere. I hope in the future their team learns how to communicate better so they don't waste people's time.

This was the service for windshield replacement . The first service who replaced the windshield did a very poor job . I had to go back next day since the windshield was off in assembly . I went back and the technician looked at and said this needs to replaced again . James from customer service at Superior center was very helpful and went above and beyond to get the paper work done . At least this time the work was done with precision and quality . The technician did a very good job . I am glad Superior center was open to get it fixed and do a full replacement which I really appreciate it . Hopefully future replacement for windshield replacement technicians take extra precaution and care so that customers doesn’t have to come back again .

My car was returned covered in dirt and debris on the dash and with a broken rear view mirror. The front desk representative simply said the damages to the mirror were “internal and not caused during service” based a single photo alone, and subsequently ignored me about it. I was able to replicate a noise concern immediately in a ride along with a technician, and he seemingly lied about implementing a solution. The noise was immediately audible upon returning to my vehicle after service. Finally, the car was returned with lots of condensation within the front camera housing (something that has never happened before). Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and awful service experience. I highly recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else.

As of writing this review I have been sitting at this service center for 9 hours now without an update on my car. And I just have to wonder what the point of even making an appointment was? The service manager never messaged me back in the app during my repair. I had asked if I could obtain a loaner so I could go to work for the day, crickets. I got to the service center today at 8:30am and my car wasn’t even looked at until after 2pm. At one point I was so hungry that I literally went to Tesla.com in order to book a test drive of a vehicle so I could pick up lunch. After lunch, I saw my car was still in the parking lot so I grabbed my electric Onewheel and rode through the biking system for two hours.
