Costco Tire Service Center

I’ve been a Costco member for over 20 years. What a joke…I brought my truck in 15 minutes early for my appointment. Was told it should take about 45 minutes for the repair. I checked in an hour and a half later, and they said it hadn't even been brought into a bay yet. So I’m leaving with a nail still in my tire 🤦🏻‍♂️ Wish I could leave zero stars. Don’t recommend at all.

I purchased new tires recently and the tire center was very fast! They only took 30 minutes when they estimated 1.5 hours. Both people who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful as well! They offer retorquing after 25 miles and tire rotation after 5k miles as well!

The team at Tigard’s Costco Tire Center is kind, communicative, and helpful. I went in on a Thursday for a simple rotation and found out my front tires needed to be fully replaced because one was at 2/32 (bald) and the other had shoulder wear. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday to get them replaced and received a call the next day on Friday letting me know that my tires delivered and they were able to fit me in that night. They were also really understanding that I am not a car person and didn’t make me feel bad at all and actually took the time to explain and be empathetic. I’ve gotten my tires done at Costco before this and will continue to do so!

Ordered tires online, and they were able to install them well with no issues. The waiting area you have is the food court though, and it's small and cramped. Otherwise, service was great.

I brought my car in for a quote and bought one of the tires that they quoted on the Costco web site. When I went for installation they were the wrong size. Double check any quotes you get because they don't check your car or existing tires before giving them.
