Costco Tire Service Center

It would have been nice to know you had no intention of putting these tires on my car before I paid over $800 for them. Now I get to pay extra to have someone else put them on. There is no reason to have a Costco membership anymore. Their prices aren't better and, every time they screw you over, you get to stand in their customer service line for an hour to have someone else fix it. It's likely structured this way so that people who get screwed over won't want to wait. It's a good business model for those who can't pull off actual decent customer service. I hope their department of copy/paste shows up soon to let me know how important my feedback is to them.

Zach at the Tire Service Center did a fantastic job for me. It was a walk-in appointment, but it was handled promptly. Zach corrected diagnosed the issue, and suggested a sensible and appropriate repair (a different shop elsewhere had recommended a repair that was more expensive, and somewhat dubious). Of course prices for tires and parts at Costco are usually excellent. My car was quickly fixed and I went on with life. If only every trip to a car mechanic could be this good. Two thumbs up.

Prices are same as Discount Tire, even with their occasional sale. Not bad, but not earth shattering. Service is good if you can get it. The reason for only 2 stars is that they advertise they do flat repair. While technically true, they never have time for it, even when I arrived before they opened. Sorry, I'm not going to schedule a flat repair.

Waited 40 minutes just to be told that the rear tires I purchased from Costco.com wouldn't be installed because the speed rating did not match the front tires. Both tires were rated to do 186mph or faster, my car can't even go that fast! Utter incompetence on their part and a complete waste of my time. Go to Discount Tires across the street.

Thank you so much for fixing my flat tire!! I had originally gotten a flat near the Tigard Costco but they didn’t take walk-ins at the time. Luckily Wilsonville was able to take a look at my flat tire and repaired it within 1.5 hours!! Wow thank you so much!
