Cottons Tire 2

Bought used tire from here thinking that I was actually getting a good deal and tire. Today my valve stem came off and needed to have this replaced. Come to find out that this tire is a tire made in 2012. The tire they sold me is over 10 years old. I mean really. I am disabled with a mentally handicapped child. If either one of us had not been more observant we could be dead because someone cared more about money than selling proper goods.

Had the best experience with Cottons Tire in Statesboro today. They were all very helpful, and the owner is the sweetest. My problem turned out to be an "easy fix," but I never felt pressured to fix all the other things, everyone was polite and professional, and the communication was great! They definitely made me feel comfortable having my car repaired, even with my little knowledge of vehicles. Super friendly!

We were recommended this shop and we couldn't have been happier. They had us in immediately, diagnosed the issue and even let us come look and talk us through it, and had us out same day all for an extremely reasonable price. If you're having trouble this is the place to go. Thank you to the owner and the mechanics.

We have used Cottons Tire for years and will never not recommend them!! Always stellar service, employees with great attitudes and never a dull moment while you're waiting for your service. They've fixed screws in our tires, mystery flats, rotated and balanced our tires, and most recently got us in same-day after we hit a mystery object on the highway and destroyed our tire. They had the tires in stock that we needed and they had us in and out in just over an hour. We can always rely on Cottons Tire!!
