I scheduled an 11:00 AM appointment for my F-150 Lightning to address a safety recall, tire rotation, window issue, and Bluetooth connectivity problems. I drove across town to make that commitment on time, only to be told upon arrival that there would be a 1-2 hour wait before they could even pull my truck into a bay. An appointment is supposed to be a commitment from both sides. My time is valuable and wasting several hours of my day because the service department cannot manage its own calendar is unacceptable—especially when a safety recall is involved. This isn't a walk-in situation; I had a confirmed time slot. The service department offered to reschedule, but after already wasting my time getting there, I had lost trust in them. I purchased a 2017 Silverado 1500 online. communicated with salesman via text. Said truck was well taken care of, in great condition. They delivered the truck to my house. I got home and went to check it out. Truck was filthy. Hadn't been washed, cleaned inside etc. Even left the previous owners paperwork in the glove box. Went to drive the truck to work the next morning. as soon as i start it up, check engine light is on. Thought, ok so went to drive it to work and had no turn signals. I also heard the driver front hub bearing is howling. I messaged the salesman and they came and got the truck. Come to find out it needed a new transmission. they also had to replace the taillight assemblies as the aftermarket ones that were on it were bad. They also had to replace the driver front hub. Wh
The worst Ford dealership in the industry. My $85k truck has returned worse than it arrived each visit. Def fluid splatters down the side, oily hand prints, 3 trips to fix a sunroof, driven through a construction zone to test drive and returned filthy when delivered freshly washed…. Mandy is a joke or a service manager, Shop foreman has no patience, and service Advisor is powerless to actually get things done. Pretty sure my last oil change wasn’t completed as my truck oil life indicator dropped like a rock from 100% to 70% in 500 miles. Do NOT use or buy from this dealership. Photos of how it was returned to me.. arrived freshly washed. Service manager now ghosting me.
I purchased a Ford F-350 from this dealership for $55,000 and traded in my fully paid-off Nissan Titan for $13,500. Eight days later, I decided to return the F-350. I was told they could not “unwind” the deal. Instead of reversing the original transaction, they sold me my own Nissan Titan back — for $15,500. That experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I felt like there was very little effort made to help resolve the situation fairly. The process left me feeling unheard and taken advantage of. If there’s one thing I learned, it’s to be very cautious about financing and the banks dealerships choose to work with. I go here for their oil change/tire rotation "Works Package". Price is reasonable and the service advisors are always courteous and friendly. I wait at the dealer and they are usually very quick with the oil change. I have had other issues with a couple Ford dealers in the area with regards to major repair issues. That's why the 4 starts this review.
