Country Town Tire & Auto Service Center

I had the pleasure of being helped by Zander. He was very professional, courteous, and quick. I damaged my tire in a construction zone. I immediately brought my car to Country Town Tire and Zander got it fixed up fast. I am very thankful for the great service and look forward to bringing my car back for future maintenance.

Got in my car one day and it had a bad vibration when rolling. Turned out my tires were dry rotting and one had separated at the seam on the side and had bulged. Went to see Nick at Country Town. Nick used to work on my car when he was at the repair shop next to the Exxon in Viewmont on 127. He quickly set me up with a great set of tires which they put on the next day. I really appreciate how smooth and easy the process was and how much better the car rides now. Buying tires used to be an unpleasant experience but Nick and Country Town made it into a productive morning.

They are very honest and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very poor management, lead guy easily tells you lies, had vehicle towed to this shop on June 25th on a Wednesday. Was told that Friday they would have vehicle diagnosis by Monday, which came and went along with every day last week. When we called or stopped in lead guy would give all kind of excuses, short handed, covered up which is not my problem. Don't make promises you can't fulfill. So today is July 7th and I decided to NOT do any service with this company due to all the lies and miss treatment and unprofessional attitude we have dealt with when dealing with lead guy named Robbie. The staff seems to be miserable from what I have seen and from what we have experienced it all comes down to poor leadership and professional level being the worst I have ever seen.
