My friend asked me to drive to this shop to check if the engine oil needed changing. Since my English isn't very good, I used translation software throughout the process. The young staff member there was very patient and helped me check the engine oil, and even topped it up to the standard level for free. Although I didn't make any purchases there, their service attitude towards a stranger was very friendly and helpful. This shop is highly recommended and trustworthy.

I recently visited Mike’s new location in Lima and had a very pleasant customer experience! I was at the shop early and asked the friendly mechanic if I could get my brake pads put on while I waited, saving me the hassle of getting a ride back home. He had me in and out of there within one hour and even showed me my old pads and explained to me how my Hybrid vehicle works in detail too.

Mike is one of the very few mechanics I have trusted, and I will keep going back. Always dependable and reliable, you will absolutely not be overcharged. Excellent customer service as well. I have saved hundreds of dollars by avoiding dealers, and commercial auto repair companies. Simply the best in town.

After a breakdown in Avon 35 miles from home , I found Mike @ Countryman Automotive with a Google search. A quick call and he set me at ease, recommended a honest reasonable tow service (White Horse Automotive) and contacted me as soon as he could with my needed repairs. After that he repaired it as soon as the part arrived and billed me at what I consider an extremely reasonable price. Very smooth no nonsense establishment. While picking up the car I was able to meet a few of his employees who were also very professional. Its a Gem of an establishment with FULL service gas attendants (repairs/gas). Avon is lucky to have them.
