I recently brought my car to County Line Automotive after experiencing some engine issues, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. The Owner at County Line Automotive is not only highly skilled but also exceptionally knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and explained everything to me in detail, ensuring that I understood the necessary repairs and costs upfront. County Line is terrible…….6 strikes: 1. Improperly installed a suspension component on my MDX as compared to that which is well documented by texts with regard to how the installation would be done. I have 3 vehicles which only I drive, worked from home 2+ years. Point being not very many miles put on MDX since being at County Line. It sits @ 98+% of time. Only 1 resistor was secured properly as agreed. 2 in front had been left dangling such that 1 resistor had been ripped from the wiring (lost) and is throwing the ADS trouble light on. In the rear 1 was completely unsecured. (See pics) 2. Got very defensive to the extent of snide remarks and making lame excuses when I asked about MDX suspension component. I waited 12 days to post giving them plenty of time to reconsider their poor reactio

Good work. Honest hard working garage. Chris and crew have always taken care of my vehicles and those of my family since he took over the shop. Just had a water pump go out and he had it fixed quickly, and charged a fair price and even asked me if I wanted additional services rather than just doing them and charging later. Also has two wonderful dogs in the shop with him on occasion. You might have to wait a bit, but good work, done cheap, isn't fast.

By far the best shop around town! They always go the extra mile to make sure my car is in tip-top shape before leaving.. they always call and inform me of all issues before actually doing the service (love It). Very honest people, great pricing! Thank you Chris and staff!
