They are very thoughtful and thorough, they aren't ones to waste your time (or your money), and their work stands the test of time and is very reliable. These folks saved my skin just ahead of memorial day weekend. I called and explained the symptoms and what I thought was wrong - rear wheel bearing failure - and they started ordering parts even before I dropped my car off. I've been working on cars for years and knew what was wrong, and I am deeply appreciative that they agreed with my assessment and didn't try to explain to me other causes. They got me my car back in 2 days knowing I had a job to report to, and were very communicative with parts costs and grand totals for parts + labor. One of the techs even stayed late to work on my car, and for that I am over the moon. They didn't have to work on my car ASAP as it was an emergency repair/drop off outside their schedule - but they did anyway and got me back to work and on the road reg

They took advantage of my senior family member. Supposedly fixed her car then when she got it back she had MORE issues than when she brought it in. Apparently they didn’t put it back together properly after the initial fix. So they had her bring it back to fix it and charged her again! She didn’t want to go back in with me but I’m not happy with this service.

Best shop I've found yet-honest, kind and they always do a great job. Hard to find mechanics like these anymore!
