My vehicle broke down due to a recalled item finally defecting. The defected item also drained my battery. My vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I was charged a shop supplies fee and diagnostic fee because the battery was drained due to the defective recalled item. When I contacted them initially about the vehicle, I informed them the defective fuel pump module drained the battery due the vehicle attempting to constantly start. A vehicle that was under warranty with a recalled defective part cost me $221.82. To top it off, I was called prior to picking up the vehicle and told that my battery needed to be replaced, I refused. My battery is still working fine. Thank you for the service, Courtesy.
