The service department is slow as molasses! It took me about two weeks to get an appointment, and then it took them three weeks for the repair. All they did was install a new torque converter. That's the longest I've ever had my car in the shop. I'll never go back unless I have to. Several times when I called for a status update they didn't call me back. When I picked up my truck, I noticed that my steering wheel was no longer straight. It's tilted slightly to the left. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off. But I don't want to take it back to them because it may take them another three weeks! All I can say is that I hope the repair actually fixed the problem.

I came in early to get some work done in the waiting area while my truck was being serviced. I brought in a service coupon, and everything was done as expected, and ahead of schedule. Above the board customer service !!!

I went to the dealership with what I thought was a scheduled appointment but when I arrived the appointment could not be located since it was made online and had not been confirmed. The service advisor was still able to take my vehicle in for my oil change.

I Called 3-days in advance to get my vehicle checked got there on time after setting an appointment. when i got there, i was told they didn't see my name in the Computer but i can drop it off,, they can only take a look at it, sometime that day or the next. I Never Got a Phone Call. 2-days later i call concerning my vehicle. All i kept hearing was (they're going to bring it to the Back Today) after going without my vehicle for another 3-days i decided call to pick up my vehicle because i was being Lied To. On the 6-th day i called again. But this time to pick up my vehicle Checked or Not i was Lied to Again & Again!!! On Day-6 i said who i was, & Go Figure..... about to be told Once Again (They're fixing to bring it to the Back) Had enough of the Lies, they do as Though they're to busy
