We were looking for a vehicle advertised on Facebook, but couldn't find it on the lot. We contacted Courtesy Ford and Kurt was the one my husband talked to. The car was inside. We looked at it in detail, and he explained the features we anent familiar with (my car was 10 years older than the one we were looking at). We looked at a Bronco Sport too, but the car was really calling to me. We set up a test drive for the next business day, and drove it home soon after driving it. Kurt was not a high-pressure salesman at all, and he didn't need to be. I knew what I was after and the car sold itself. They threw in mud flaps and a bug shield thing, that's super attractive. They had my vehicle 5 solid days for 2 minor issues. Never fixed the issues in all of the time they had it. Last ditch attempt did an update on my hvac programming and charged me more than $150 for issues that should've been fixed under my warranty. My warranty then expired because they had it so many times and I still have the same issues. They did my oil change months later and didn't tighten my oil filter. My vehicle leaked nearly all the oil out before I realized it was leaking. It was so loose I was able to tighten it with my arthritic hand more than 2 inches. I will never be returning to them for any service.

Purchased A vehicle from out of town. Jacob was very professional. Able to take care of the transaction mostly via email and text messaging. Received excellent service. Dealership was able to accommodate my needs. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
