Maybe if you're going to own a towing company, get trucks with four-wheel drive 💁 refused me service when I was stuck in the snow, so I would use another towing company

Don't use this service, they'll leave you stuck or worse. End of review

Pretty nice answer questions to the best of there ability they are however the last to be informed of anything so if you are in wreck or something the insurance company doesn't call them you will have to cause they leave them out the loop so don't get upset with them it's not there fault

We called an talked with Kevin he was so helpful. We lost a loved one in a auto accident.They put the vehicle in a locked storage area and tarped it off.I so appreciated Courtesy Towing doing this. My Husband was the only person to see the vehicle. He is comforted that none of the Family has seen this. Worst experience of my life. Had a flat tire and called my insurance who contacted this company. It was bitter cold outside and when the flatbed got there to tow my car we were told because of liability we could not ride in the cab (me and my elderly mother) but we was allowed to ride in the running car on top of the flat bed while being hauled to Walmart. I was scared so bad I was crying and wish I would have never paid 70.00 for this horrible experience will never recommend this company to anyone and have been spreading the word about my horrible and scary experience. The owner was supposedly contacted from mutual friends but never was I contacted about making this right
