I really can't say enough about this shop and the man who owns it. I live in Tennessee but Quincy is my hometown and I visit often, about a month ago I was visiting and my car wouldn't start called my roadside assist and ended up at this shop ( tow driver was able to diagnose it was my starter & I'm supposed to leave for home the next morning,so urgent) much to my shock I received a call within an hour and a half it was done! Here's where you can refer to the Special Jim review if you'd like. I'd like to state Mr Elligsen didn't receive my message in time to save me a few dollars but I was in no way disappointed in the service! And after seeing SJ's review he personally called me and offered to give me money back! Who does that these days!? Soooo, I'm in town again and can any of you gue

Erich I one of the best! I have taken a couple of my cars to him and he's always right on the money off the bat. You can ask him any question and he has the answer. He saved me from going down an expensive road with Kunes who wanted to replace my entire power steering system on my Equinox after they had just redid my motor. Come to find out they messed it up while "fixing" it. I told them what I had done and what it was doing now and within 15 minutes Erich and his guys had it, not only figured out, but also fixed!!! The man has a gift and a heart of gold! His wife works in the office and is literally the nicest woman I've met 😁

Fast service but be prepared to pay top dollar. Top of the line $400 starter with lifetime warranty on a car with 200,000 miles? Autozone had one for $120. They make sure it won't come back for a replacement that's for sure. $$$$
