I absolutely love coming to this car lot. The owner is a great guy. He doesn’t try to sell you lemons like a lot of the car places around Springfield. He makes sure that the car is in top notch shape for you to leave with. If there is anything that needs fixing he will go above and beyond at times to make sure it is fixed within the first couple of days of you receiving your car. I have now bought two cars from cousins and can say that each time was a very pleasant experience. He had our best interest at heart each time. Definitely would recommend you coming here for your car needs. Good and honest sales man.

Purchased a 2022 Tuscon from Rick at Cousin's Auto Sales. The process was seamless and very fast. Great customer service and I would definitely purchase from them again.

It was an awful experience I was told they was going to fix a lot of issues with the vehicle I bought and then they left me hanging high and dry and told me they wasn't fixing nothing after they made three appointments to fix it and then when I took off work and went to fix it they had another vehicle on the lift and told me they couldn't work on it

Do not trust this dealership . I paid over 9 thousand dollars for a vehicle that turned out needing more than 3 thousand dollars just to get it running right . They were supposed to detail the car before I picked it up . They didn't even move the dust around . Mr. Mohammed even said , don't worry we will put gas in it before you pick it up . I coasted into the gas station out of gas . Do not trust Cousins in Springfield Ohio . They're not going to stand behind what they sale . Go to a more reputable dealership . In my opinion that is . I can not emphasize strong enough . This is not a reputable dealership. And Mr Mohamed is not a very reputable businessman . In my opinion . The proof is sitting in front of my daughters house .
