SOMEthing is inherently and badly fishy about this Organization. You can NEVER get anyone on the telephone, at either the location or the Corporate owner's telephone numbers. There is no reason for this kind of carelessness in the "Care" industry. You're a 24-hour / 365 day per year organization and yet you don't have ONE working telephone number? I suspect malfeasance. I am not impressed in the least. Get your house in order, folks.
The Coventry House in Henderson is a great home away from home. Anyone seeking independent living I highly recommend this place. You will find a team where there is a great Director, great staff and a wonderful dietary team.
