Brought my car in for updated fuel injectors and they found a part the oil change place down the road cracked and glued together. I appreciate their attention to detail since this issue would've caused vehicle problems later in time. Thanks!

We had a great experience at the Covina Chevrolet service department! We had major mechanical issues on our Silverado and Richard and his team went above and beyond to help us. They communicated with us during every step of the process and were never pushy about anything. We’ve been to other service locations and this one is definitely the best! Highly recommend them!

I have used this service since I purchased a car of this brand. Unfortunately, the service gets worse every time. I was given an appointment for 7:20 am to check the on-board computer and the problem with the catalytic converter. They said it would take 2-3 hours. I returned 5 hours later as I still had not received a message from them. I was told that the system was not working and I needed to wait. After another hour, I went to check and it turned out that since the system was still not working, they didn’t even look at the second problem, although this does not require a computer. As a result, I stayed there for about eight hours and was offered to come another day when the system will working. Could it have been done 5 hours earlier? The service department is the worse. Unprofessional and extremely dismissive when you have questions. The supervisor for service is the worse . His professionalism needs more attention. He is rude
