Absolutely horrible car wash and a DANGER to your vehicle. I recently bought a new to me truck from the dealership with no external damage. I signed up for the monthly membership at cowboy carwash and at one of my recent visits, I noticed this once I got home with my truck. I called immediately to document the damage and they asked that I come fill out a damage report. They ultimately decided to do NOTHING about the damage their car wash did to my wheels. Your car is loaded onto a conveyer belt unlike other washes that use a track system. If your car is even a little uneven, there is a similar risk. I believe this is from the tire shine applicators at the end of the wash. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DONT WANT IT DAMAGED. The wash you get is not even close to as good as the wash at C

Cowboy Express is a fairly new car wash in the area but they certainly didn’t disappoint. The employees explained the wash options thoroughly and they weren’t pushy with the monthly wash options like some other car wash establishments. The vacuum/detail area is clean and well stocked. My small nitpick is that there only seemed to be glass cleaner available. Highly recommended!

The staff I met were nice. The gentleman introduced everyone and all were very pleasant. The gentleman explained the different levels of washes and also explained that two of the motors had burned out and my vehichle would not be dried as expected. Very professional. I will be telling friends about this establishment.

Great service and effective car wash. Their prices are competitive and the location is great. I really appreciate the free vacuuming and towels to finish drying and detail cleaning after the wash. Employees are always nice and ready to assist. Highly recommend this company!
