Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever encountered. The website was very detailed! It had the Car fax report and EVEN a YouTube video I could view before deciding on looking at the car in person. Let me tell you, looks can definitely be deceiving! When I first pulled into the parking lot I saw a small little building that looked like a hole in the wall car lot with your typical salesmen that are ready to pounce on you like predator to prey; however, I was greeted by an older, nice gentleman named John. Our daughter was looking for a Subaru Forester. She had been looking for awhile to find one that was in her price range. I found hers online and called the number that was posted with it. When I called I expected to get a voicemail because it was still fairly early in the day. I was very surprised when John answered. He was very patient with all my questions. He is definitely not your typical dealer. You can tell he truly wants what is best for his customers. When we went to look at the car, he had it ready for us to look at, paying attention to every detail to make sure it looked top notch for us.
