The owner and employee did a wonderful job helping us with rim issues. We tried for 4 hours what they did in 20 minutes! We have gotten boat and vehicle tires before and they were good quality. Customer service and expertise 10/10. I highly recommend this business!
Whoa now cowboy, y’all suck!! We have been here twice and y’all have disappointed both times. The first time it took over two hours to get four tires put on. The second time we had one tire changed. Y’ALL LOST the valve stem core and made us pay!! I call that bullshit but was trying to be nice. $25 turned into almost $40 after y’all charged us for y’all mistake and of course the good ole credit card fee. WONT BE BACK! DO BETTER!!
Woke up to a flat stranded at home called to see if they would consider coming to me they did. The owner came to my home replaced the tire in a timely manner and didn’t try to overcharge me. I’m really grateful back to work tomorrow. Not many businesses would do this!
Great customer service and they take their time to make sure they are giving you a good tire! Mr. Cowboy and his associate Sanchez is great! Loved talking to you Mr. Cowboy. Much success to you with your business.... 8 months. Wishing you 80 plus years to pass down generation to generation!
After having a horrible experience with BP tire Shop, I came here only to receive 5 star service. Nicest guy ever helped me. Would highly recommend.
