My husband and I had the best experience ever at a car lot at Gt Auto. Earlier that day we went to another car lot to buy a truck. We took the truck for a test drive found out battery was running high, ask the guy about it. Found out that it needed a alternater that they werent gonna tell us about.. Offered then cash money and said the made a mistake on the price and now its this price. So we walked away!! Getting rdy to head home and seen GT Auto and we decided to stop one last time. GT Auto is the best! James and Uncle D are true wizards. I’ve been here 3 times and 3rd times the charm, I got the car that I wanted. Customer service was so professional and so friendly. They treat you like family. They weren’t pushy at all which is nice when you are making a big purchase. If you need a car at any price, they will make it work. Will be coming back for another car in the near future.

They sold my nephew a car for 8900, was missing two tire sensor has a transmission leak, not sure if its bigger problem til we get to a mechanic and powersteering leak, will never do business again with them. These problems were not told to him, and made his first car buying experience definitely a learning one....... the money he saved to have a safe and reliable is now a money pit.
