Cowboy Towing

On the way home from running an errand, my front left tire rapidly lost air until I had to pull over just a few hundred feet from my house to prevent damaging my vehicle. NorCal Towing was prompt and careful when attaching my car, and they very kindly backed my car into my garage. I would wholeheartedly use them again!

One of the Fast and professional towing companies I've been doing business with so far. They answer the phone call right away and their prices are pretty decent. Last time I needed my car tow to the dealership in Belmont, they came pretty quick and dropped my car off within an hour. I will suggest this company if you need a car tow.

I woke up to a car that did not start. I called AAA, who contacted Norcal Towing and someone showed up so quickly! He was here within 25 minutes. He even took a look at my car to see if he could see what was causing the engine to fail. He promptly drove me and my car to the dealership. Thank you so much!

I'm almost night shifter. Cowboy himself, or so he said he was, pulled into our tiny trailer park, got out of the truck and left it idling. 5, 10, 15 min go by still idling. Woke me up from a dead sleep. I got out of bed and went out and asked him to turn it off , he refused, was rude and used foul language. It is illeagle to leave a diesel engine idling for more then 5 min.

Five stars every time I use them. I book tow trucks a lot and have been burned by the many dispatch tow companies that promise timelines but an hour or two later you call and they can't find your order they already charged you for or have info on your tow driver. NorCal is the exception, I have used them several times for tow assist jobs and they continue to exceed expectations. They arrive ahead of schedule and do quick , professional work. And they have reasonable rates. They provide faster call times at competitive rates even when I am booking jobs 30 minutes from their yard vs local companies. If they are in driving distance of my tow job they will always be my first call.
