Very professional driver and representative who answered the phone and called me when they were heading to me. The driver did a great job with my truck and was very careful with everything during the whole process. I highly recommend using them.

John made the experience with Cowboy towing absolutely flawless and amazing. Knowledgeable and just a fun guy to have a conversation with. Loaded up my lowered civic on rsr springs like it was nothing. If I ever need another tow I will be using you guys again!!!

I get home to take it for a lil test drive around the neighborhood... yup, brakes definitely not at their best. I had a great experience with Cowboy Towing. My driver, John, was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He arrived quickly, handled everything with care, and made what could have been a stressful situation a lot easier. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I really appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Cowboy Towing—and especially John!

⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1 star) This experience closely resembled a bait-and-switch in practice. I originally called Titan Towing, but Cowboy Towing answered instead. Chris quoted me $155, which seemed reasonable and the company had decent reviews, so I moved forward. Before the tow, I asked if the drop-off location could be changed to a shop 7 miles closer (about 10 minutes less drive time). That resulted in the price increasing to $180, plus additional charges that were never clearly explained. This took place on a Sunday, when there is little to no traffic. It was clearly disclosed up front that the vehicle had four flat tires and was parked inside a garage close to a wall.
