I am from out of town and was stranded one night. I took a chance on a random Google search and now I have repair shop for life when im near VA. Thomas and his wife have helped me out with car troubles multiple times now. This shop always goes over and above what im normally used to dealing with repair shops. I appreciate all you have done for my Camaro see you on the next issue. Hopefully not too soon :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thomas is the kind of mechanic you want in your corner. He came straight to me and got right to work on my Taurus. Even when the first part turned out to be the wrong one, he didn’t leave me hanging — I went and swapped it out, and just like he promised, he came back the same day to finish the job. That kind of dedication and follow-through is hard to find these days. Reliable, professional, and true to his word. If you need someone you can count on, Thomas is your guy!

This is my second time with Cox automotive. They really came in clutch right before christmas for me and my family. They even picked me up at my house to get my car since it was my only transportation. His wife was super sweet with me and a great listener. Highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy and reliable. Affordable and knowledgeable. 10/10

AMAZING service and wonderful people! I was traveling through the area and my car started to rattle very badly going over simple bumps on the road. It was late but Cox Auto Service was able to squeeze me in last minute. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue in less than 20 mins. I HIGHLY recommend them. If I lived in the area, this is the only mechanic shop I would go to. They were very courteous and professional with their work, 10/10!
