These guys are awesome! I'm a college student away from home. So it's hard to navigate car troubles and prices on my own. Casey was super helpful, and they are very efficient and have gone above and beyond with making sure that the problem is fixed and they are very transparent on helping solve any issues that may transpire in the future. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that wants to know the issue or if you want a shop that works with you 100% of the way on ALL fronts.

Trifecta Auto Repair Earns 5 Stars From Me. The Customer Service is top-notched, as is the mechanical service and expertise. I required electrical service and a state inspection. I inquired early and made my appointment. Parts were identified and ordered and I was notified when the parts would arrive (next day). I arrived for service a waited in the Showroom, with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi. Mrs. Casey and Mr. Dave are courteous, thorough and professional in their craft to get you, the customer, exactly what you need….timely service, at the minimum costs necessary and safely back on Virginia roads with confidence. Sooooooo I had a GREAT experience at this auto repair shop!!!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Plus…a very clean office which was very inviting. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. The technicians clearly know what they’re doing—experienced, efficient, and trustworthy. My car was fixed quickly and runs perfectly now. It’s rare to find a shop with honest, knowledgeable people, but this place does exactly that. I was very impressed. 10/10. If you’re looking for reliable auto repairs and a team that treats you with respect, this is the place to go. Casey and Payton were amazing! They fixed my truck in no time and the cost for the services was very fair. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for repairs, nobody matched their customer service! Best repair shop in the 804 area.
