If I could give no stars I would. I have been dealing with them for almost a year now trying to get them to cancel my policy. I had contacted Robin to cancel my policy before my renewal. She had me sign a cancellation and then assured me it was cancelled. Months later I realized I was still getting charged each month for insurance from them. Messaged her to where she once again confirmed it was cancelled. I sent her bank statements of the charges still happening to which she was confused. Here we are almost a year later and they still haven't fixed the issue and I am still being charged. DO NOT use these guys! BIG ISSUES over here!

Heidi just helped me over the phone (not for the first time). She was fantastic and in a short time gave me the big picture and the details of our family’s auto policy / changes with several drivers and several cars — while trying to save me as much money as possible. I so appreciate Cox Insurance and Heidi!

Robyn and her crew at Cox Insurance are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across. i have been insured with them for about 5 years now and they look out for your best interest in finding the best policy for your needs. Ive had to make a couple claims to find out once again how helpful and courteous they are. Thank you, Robyn and all the American Fork office for all that you do.

I was happily surprised today when I called Cox Insurance to cancel part of our car policy because my son just left us for 2 years and won't be using his car at all. Nicole tried to clarify the situation to see what to do with our policy and I explained that we all had our own cars and wouldn't need to use my son's Maxima at all. She called me right back and had come up with a great idea in that she found we could do this and that she found a new policy that would allow us to do this all for only $66.00 a year that would only have liability coverage. We were very excited and changed right away. Tim Stephan.

I've been with Cox agency for the last 5 years. Heidi.is.the.best. She's been there the whole time, she knows her stuff, is on top of her stuff and she makes that company awesome. If she doesn't own it, she works it like she does. Her customer service skills are top notch. Every time I've called her she's had a way to help me and do it quickly and efficiently. I used to get annoyed when I had to work with any insurance, but with Heidi it's always been a pleasure. Not to mention they've always shopped companies well for me and put me in a spot where the pricing and quality were worth it.
