Cox Tire and Automotive

We took our RV to Cox for some needed services just days before a road trip. We mentioned a popping sound, and asked them to check into that, as well. Turns out, an internal piece was broken on the valve cover. Ron kept us in the loop, offering updates and pricing. All work was done timely and reasonably priced! We were able to take our road trip with peace of mind, and an RV that was no longer a breakdown waiting to happen! Thank you, Cox! We would highly recommend them, and already have!

We were driving across country from Ohio to Nevada, we had already had one tire blow out in St. Claire, Missouri. When we woke up for our final leg, our tire was flat yet again. I looked on google for the closest tire shop and Cox came up. They were amazing from sending an individual, Adrian, to help take the existing tire off and put the spare on so we could drive to them to Ron who helped us every step of the way. They all had smiles on their faces and were extremely accommodating while we waited for the new tire to be put on. The car now has 3 separate tire brands, but at least we made it across the country safely and with the help of all of the shops we ended up at when it wasn’t in the initial plans. We now have memories to last a lifetime, on top of pics from across the nation.

Where do I start.....first starting off by offering much Aloha to Mr. Bob, Michael, and Mr. Ron. True Aloha is just that- being present with the breath and the team at Cox Tires did just that! Mr. Bob is so very gracious to help through the entire process by offering all of what a true man of the spirit has to offer- integrity, honor and a helping soul. Thank you Mr. Bob for offering all the comforts to help get our coach back on the road and while we waited. Thank you Michael for ALL of the great care you showed to replace the entire under carriage, the extensive lines to the engine, the radiator and the biggest of it all- the fuel tank braces to keep us SAFE!!! The only place I trust! I love this place! I have trusted the mechanics at Cox Tire & Automotive for over 10 years and never want to take my car anywhere else again. The owner, Bob Cox, has always been very kind and his staff has impeccable customer service. Anytime I would take my vehicle somewhere else for location convenience, it would cost me more and the job would not be done, nor did they check everything. I would rather drive all the way across town to have Cox Tire & Automotive get the job done right!
