I’ve been coming to Cox’s Garage since May, and these guys have always taken great care of me and my Jeep! Whether it’s a head light out, a leaky transmission cooler that needs replacing or I’ve hit a deer, Josh, Don and Chester are my go to guys. Don has picked me up when my car broke down in the middle of the road, and Josh always has an answer for all of my questions. Melissa has always been so kind to me and makes sure I won’t forget my appointments, and I love that she keeps the office festive and decorated! And she never forgets to restock my fave caramels. Quick and reliable service, competitive pricing and great mechanics with endless knowledge and experience. This is the best shop I’ve taken my car to, and in my opinion the best in South Chester County.

I’ve been a customer for years but won’t be back after this visit. I brought my car in for a bad glow plug; they replaced the battery and never fixed the glow plug. I also asked them to check for a bent rim, but they put a new tire on it knowing it was bent and said it would probably wear fast. That tire blew about 5 miles down the road, leaving me stranded. They over tightened lug nuts so needed a big breaker bar. Spent around $900 and ended up worse off. On top of that, the staff attitude wasn’t good.

Just tried to get my car inspected there , just bought the car from Maryland 2 days before and they gave me a temporary registration, cox garage said they couldn’t do it with that, went 100 yards up the street to the next garage and they had absolutely no problem. Do not come here . They cleary don’t want business or money

Top tier service. Got two tires mounted on my wife's Suburban here. They replaced all TPMS sensors, and programed. They also pointed out a bent wheel to me, which was very important. After that, they continued to do the alignment, which we had another shop due twice, and was still not right. After leaving, my wife's car is 100%, she is very happy. The wheel is straight, and there are no more lights on the dash. Josh had helped me this day particularly, but everybody here is awesome. Don and Melissa In the office are wonderful to deal with.

Everyone here is very professional. The person who greets as you walk in welcomes you with a smile the mechanics do an awesome job Taking care of what needs to be done . I recommend them for all your vehicles needs.
