Hank Nusbickel (salesman) was terrific. He took time to show the positives of the Jeep renegade I was looking at; He made some suggestions, And then he let me make the decision. He did the extended warranty because of the miles I drive, And there was no pressure for any other upgrades. He did explain the positives of using Providence for my service, That they have loaners available, and I could leave my car the night before and pick it up in the evening. I will recommend Providence auto and Hank in particular.

Service was excelent. Krystal did a great job of getting my truck in very quickly and kept in contact with me throughout the process all the way through completion of repairs. Would definitely recommend taking a vehicle to Providence for service.

Raymond was awesome with Bob and I. He answered all my questions and patient when I was undecided. The process after deciding to buy the Golden Eagle was pretty easy and smooth. Didn't talk us into getting the extended warranty (which we decided to get anyway). Got us the lowest finance rate. I would recommend him to buy a vehicle from there.
